• 100g Black Truffle Tapenade
  Tapenade is a traditional Provencal dish consisting of puréed or finely chopped olives, capers and olive oil. As olives tend to overpower the truffle our tapenade focuses on mushrooms and truffle.
• 100g Black Truffle Pesto
  Our black truffle pesto is made from sunflower oil, almonds and fresh WA black truffles. Apart from its gluten-free status our pesto ingredients also contain great health benefits.
