Tapenade is a traditional Provencal dish consisting of puréed or finely chopped olives, capers and olive oil. As olives tend to overpower the truffle our tapenade focuses on mushrooms and truffle. - 100g Black Truffle Mustard
Mustard is one of the oldest spices and one of the most widely used. - 100g Black Truffle Pesto
Our black truffle pesto is made from sunflower oil, almonds and fresh WA black truffles. Apart from its gluten-free status our pesto ingredients also contain great health benefits. - 150ml Black Gold
Black Gold is a silky smooth emulsion made from truffle distillate, truffles and sunflower oil. It replaces ‘fake’ truffle oil.
