• Black Truffle Dukkah


    Dukkah is an Egyptian blend of nuts, seeds and spices. This exotic dukkah has been infused with the earthy flavour of black truffles. Use as a seasoning with meat, pasta and salads. It makes a great rub on a roast.

    Serving Suggestion:
    Buy some fresh Turkish bread. Pour a good virgin olive oil (not too strong a taste) and the Dukkah into small dishes. Pour a good cold crisp white wine. Wait for sunset. Dip a piece of bread into the olive oil & then into the dukkah. Sip some wine. Live a little.
